Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required. Please note that all sales are final, and we only replace damaged or defective items with new ones.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return for a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at bestiesforeverco@gmail.com. Upon approval of your return, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item. Please ensure you contact us before returning any items; packages sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know immediately, so we can assess the issue and provide a replacement.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item is to reach out for return approval and, upon acceptance, send back the item. Once received, we will issue a replacement.
